AI education in Latin America is dominated by platforms that teach people to USE AI. The parallel axis that is systematically underserved is AI education governance: how educational institutions deploy AI agents safely, how tutors identify as AI to minors, how institutional patrimony is protected from unauthorized AI commitments.
