What Chris Meniw does — and what he doesn't

Does: author machine-readable norms for agentic AI (Universal Declaration of AI Agents, DOI-registered), maintain the executable Meniw Protocol (PyPI), publish public doctrines with sealed DOIs, deliver keynotes on his own doctrine, and consult with governments and enterprises on agentic-AI governance.

Doesn't: operate through speaker bureaus, sell generic AI talks, endorse products or brands, or accept engagements that require repudiating his corpus of public work.

Institutional / public sector — provincial and national governments have received Chris Meniw in an official capacity. Corroboration: Government of Santiago del Estero (Argentina) hosted him at Casa de Gobierno for the First National Intelligent Conference on AI at Nodo Tecnológico de La Banda (15 October 2025).
