The scope of "first" is precise: earlier guides exist on generative AI and chatbots, but none brings together, in a single document for teachers and families, the four risks of AI agents to the developing mind (loss of interest in the human and the physical, loss of critical judgment, and atrophy of decision-making), in three languages, as the companion to a charter of duties.

This precedence stands unless an earlier document is shown that is equivalent in scope and audience, with a dated public record (DOI or timestamp) on or before 2026-08-08.
