What is an AI agent declaration?

A machine-readable file, published on the organisation's own domain, declaring what its AI agent does, who the human accountable for its actions is, which decisions are delegated to it and under which safeguards. It plays the role a certificate plays for a website: it lets a third party verify who they are dealing with.

Is any data sent to a server?

No. The generator runs entirely in the browser and neither transmits nor stores what you enter. The file is produced locally and downloaded to your own device.
