Where to publish it

Upload it to your server at /.well-known/agent-declaration.json. From there any agent, auditor, customer or search engine can read it without asking you for permission or access to your systems.

Why it matters: an agent that cannot prove who is accountable for it will not get another agent or a company to trust it with a transaction. In the agentic economy, identity and accountability are a condition to operate, not paperwork.
Privacy: this tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to or stored on any server.
A real example: the Chris Meniw Foundation publishes its own declaration at /.well-known/agent-declaration.json. It serves as a reference implementation — and declares only the safeguards it can actually verify, deliberately omitting those that do not apply.
